I am thinking about selling my P7M13 pistol - it's in mint condition and I have only shot it a few times in the past several years.
How common are these with out import markings - the prior owner was a GI in Germany and brought it back (leagally).

What kind of price should I expect to get. - trying to fund a D700 camera :)
Thanks.
Paul

If this was bought in Germany, there should not be any import marks, since it was intended for local german domestic use & did not go through HK local US importer, otherwise everything is there: serial #, nitroproof mark & staghorn proofmark for commercial use. I can tell you this was not intended for German Govt use since it bears no BWB, Bw or BMI markings. I have come across one other M8 w/o import mark, probably got here the same manner, unless that was a surplus w/ the Govt stamp ground off (not your case)

If I were you I would keep it, unless you are in dire need of money, as much as I want to grap it & run.
There is a member here 5wire who did a graphic representation of the price & trend of M8 &M13's. Do a search under his name.

+1 on keeping the gun, I have a feeling you will regret it down the road if you sale it now...

Thanks for the info...

Maybe I'll hang on to this for a while longer unless I can get top top dollar.
I think I'll sell a couple of my P9S's.

Your specimen is in excellent condition. It can command top dollars, especially in a few more years
