Is tritium the best material to get for night sights?

Where should I look to go for real night sights?

How much is a good set?

Are they something that I can replace?

Or do I need to send the gun out?

Seems the Heinie Straight Eights (http://www.heinie.com/slanteight.php) are one of the more popular replacement sights for the P30 (around $140, w/o install). I have Tritium on my USP 45C and love them, nice to know when I get up in the middle of the night I have a clean and visible sight picture. Heck, when I leave it on top of the fridge some nights I can see them from across the kitchen.
