Gosh, I want to see the pics now. Open up the wall safe, snap a pic of the stainless Hecklers and post it.

Try it in the HKPro Members' Gallery. Focus the discussion on the USPs and not the safe and it might last a while.

I'll get the pics posted in members gallery tomorrow. Sometimes I think SOME forum moderators (not necessarily THIS forum or THIS moderator) takes things a litte too literally...

I think we'd all agree - we do take things very literally. Read through the posting guidelines if you haven't already. Sometimes posts slip through the cracks, but for the most part they are strictly followed.

Last week, I put up a two threads asking the members how they cleaned the area underneath the extractors. Both threads disappeared and when I asked the mods to tell me why, none did. Was it for lack of content? I didn't mention anything specific about H&K.

I feel it my question was H&K related b/c I asked it on the this forum. Was I supposed to have asked how to clean underneath the extractors of my P2000 & USPf9?.

If I had wanted info on how to clean underneath a Glock extractor I would have asked the question on Glock Talk.

It wasn't me, but it was deleted because that's a general cleaning question that is not specific to HK. You'd likely clean under a P2000 or USP9 extractor with the same methods as a Glock extractor, a Sig extractor, or any other extractor.

Do you have the manual? It will explain proper cleaning procedures.

And if you use the search function (pick advanced search at the bottom of the search drop-down) for "cleaning" in titles only, you'll find 22 results, the last of which is the same exact question.

Now, if you asked something like "Something is stuck under the extractor on my USP. How do I remove it to clean it out?" it may have been allowed. But still use the search first, it's probably already been asked and answered.
