Gray Framed USPs - Rare?

Just curious, how rare are they Gray-Framed USP's? I've got one in .45, full sized, and just wondering what she'd be worth if I were to sell her. I only found one on GB, but its in .40SW..

Apparently only 500 were imported. What's that mean for value?

True, but they imported more than 500 USC's...

$600 for that gray compact was a great deal! I dont believe no one bid on it. H&K made 500 of each model, not all models were made in color tho

Unfortunately, the grey was not a popular color, unlike the tan and OD green ones. To many folks, the grey appeared to be more of a baby blue color. Distributors were liquidating the remaining grey pistols about 2 years ago. IIRC, at that time they were selling for ~$100 less than the standard black frame. They just were not in high demand.

I would agree that a production run of only 500 would classify it as "rare" but it would also have to be desireable in order to fetch a premium. I say shoot it and enjoy it. HKs seem to retain their value very well anyways.

Its been re-listed, same starting price as before, as far as how much its worth when you want to get rid of it - depends on what kind of shape its in.

My USPc .40 is the "Grey" colored frame. It has been my EDC for 3 years now. I didn't know only 500 were made. I bought it because the price was great. Doesn't look like I need to tuck it away though.
