Anyone have both? Im assuming the Expert would be more accurate.

I have all 3 plus the USP. From a solid bench rest shooting match ammo, I cannot tell a lick of difference between the accuracy of the Tactical, Expert, or Elite. All will put five shots into an inch at 25 yards and so will the USP when the shooter is up to the task with the less than ideal combat sights and less precise trigger. I'd say that out of 10 groups shot with the USP about 70% of them will be just as tight as those shot with the Tac, Expert, or Elite, so it isn't the gun, its the shooter's ability to shoot the gun. But if you look at group size average over dozens of groups, I can see a clear advantage going to the three with the match trigger and adjustable sights, at least with me behind the trigger. They might not be good sights for combat use but they are excellent for paper punching.

I have owned the tactical and sold it after buying the expert.
once i shot both the expert was a better gun for me.
