When should one change their recoil spring?
Round count?
Do the springs have spec's? Anyone know what they are?

When you have to manually operate the slide to chamber the next round is when you need a new recoil spring. When that happens is anybody's guess...............unlike a Glock.........

I've heard that HK recomends after 10-15k rounds but I don't think that's really necessary as I've heard of them still going strong after 40k rounds.
Have Fun!

Your sig line is awesome. I am going to use that when family starts poking at me and why I carry a gun.
