I have a supertuck and hate it. Can someone suggest a owb holster for the weapon. I also have a galco ankle holster that I love but hate the long draw. Please don't recommend a iwb holster. Thanks

There's got to be something on that page that you like. The bad part is any decent leather holster will be hand-made and it usually takes a few months until you get what you ordered.

Well I haven't recieved mine yet, but I have ordered a OWB Blackhawk Serpa CQC polymer holster for mine. From my research it seems to be top of the line and very popular. Plus they are custom molded for the gun. It also has a locking mechanism that secure's it in the holster and only releases by a pressure switch. It's designed for you to draw the weapon and hit the switch all in one motion.
Check them out... www.blackhawk.com

I've used the Galco Concealable for three years. It has a forward rake of about 20 degrees which makes drawing easy from the 4:00 position. It came perfectly fitted too. They cost about $75. Mitch Rosen makes the Premier, another good holster I used but with a different pistol.

Mitch Rosen is nice. I have a nice Comp Tac Gladiator I carry my P7 in which is very comfortable and well made. The only thing is it might not be as concealable under a shorter shirt as some holsters.
The Don Hume 721OT is a great holster for the price. There might be a wait on it though. I have one for my Sig 239 and it's very comfortable and well made.

I third the Blackhawk CQB Serpa Holster. I had one for my Glock 23, it's a great holster.
It's very bulky/boxy though which makes concealment a problem if you do want to conceal it.

I also have the Blackhawk Serpa for my P2000sk. Fits great and has never caused me a problem. Although it has served me well, it does have a few things to be aware of.
First, it doesn't tuck against the body nearly as well as any leather belt holster and especially if you use the paddle setup. If you need great concealment this holster is not for you.
The release mechanism can get jammed up with small rocks and such which I have seen happen at ACTS matches. If you plan to do any kind of shooting when on the ground and such then be prepared for your weapon to get locked into the holster. Once again, no issue for me so far but I have seen it happen on more than one occasion.
The main issue is that there have been numerous accounts of people having negligent discharges with the the Serpa holsters and in particular with Glocks. It has happened enough that a lot of big name trainers will not allow you to take one of their courses with one. Most believe it to be a design flaw of the holster in that when a shooter unholsters the weapon they end up with their finger inside the trigger guard. Personally, I have never noticed this "issue" in practice or competition when running this holster. Even if there was an issue it would be one about training IMO and not the holster. As with any CCW setup you should practice with it until you are 100% familiar and secure with it and then practice some more!
Good luck.

I have the "Topless" model from High Noon Holsters for my p2000sk. Excellent leather. TT & Mitch Rosen are also good recommendations, as others have noted. Good luck!

I think that's what kind of classifies this holster (to me) as better for a winter holster only. When you'll be wearing thicker clothing and a big coat where concealment won't be as much of a problem.
I bought it for that purpose and also bought a separate IWB holster so I can have custom carrying setups all year round.

Funny, I did the same as you. Serpa for my winter/range carry and an IWB for summer.

I'm buying the serpa as well but not for carry. Another option would be the Galco, that is offered on the webshop. Looks pretty nice in my opinion, and it comes with a mag holder. Plus its got HK stamped into it. Let us know what you decide.
