Is it just me?

Or are there alot of HK45s out there on the market? Is that "dealers" or perhaps "traders" or are people just not feeling that it was worth the 1000$ investment during tough economic times?

Maybe its because, I have specifically been on the hunt for one. Thought I located a sweet deal on a nice HK45c package that I was in love with, but it fell through. Located a HK45 full size for and "pulled the trigger".

And is it me, or do you like the compact better? Still glad i got the full size first because its a german model, and i think it will hold its value compared to the new US made ones. However I think the HK45c might be the most efficent tool on the market. I am holding out on picking a nice compact with LEM.

I like both the fullsize and the compact, the compact is probably the better over all package. With the hogue grip it is perfect. I am actually looking forward to picking up an American made one as soon as they come with real night sights! =)

I'm selling my German full-size because of that damn grip. I gave it an honest effort, but just cannot get into it. This, of course, AFTER I spent large to have a LEM installed and bought some extra magazines.

There are a few around here, but the market is definitely not flooded like, say, used Glocks. I absolutely LOVE my fullsize one and plan on buying another German one when the opportunity arises.
