A buddy of mine wants to buy a full size v1 USP in .45 with nightsights installed from an authorized dealer. He, too, is in California, so CDNN refuses sell to us (insert rude gesture here).

Can someone recommend an authorized dealer with a fair price that might have one in stock that is willing to ship to an FFL in California with 10 round magazines? Thanks, gentlemen.

Try this outfit, I'm pretty sure they have a couple. www.topgunshootingsports.com. Not sure about California shipments, however.

Good luck;

I know Cabela's in Buda,Tx has one for 850, not sure if it has night sights, I saw this gun yesterday on the shelf

I've been doing some extensive research looking for a USP45 Expert to buy on the internet. In doing so, I've come across a slew of USP45Fs for sale. One was selling for $550 on Gunbroker - looked to be in great shape!

A lot of gunbroker.com sellers will ship to CA, provided the pistol ships with 10 rounders.

I would not let the night sights be a deal breaker, Meprolight night sights are available for decent prices all the time. Your friend could always send the slide and night sights to H&K for the install, for a small amount of money.

Blame your CA legislature, not CDNN.

I think in order to send to an FFL in CA, CA requires you get permission/approval before you can send to an FFL.

Thanks for the thread detour, but no, thank you kindly, I'll blame the gun dealer who gives aid and comfort to the gun-banners.

No thread detour-- just quoted and responded to your original post. Blame your legislature.
