HK usp comp 9mm

I looked at a new usp comp 9 with nite sites and 3 mags 13 round I think the trigger was v3 no decocker lever but the p 2000 Iam looking at is v2 no decoker what one is this usp 9 is it also LEM they wanted 830 for the usp 9 and 763 for the p 2000 they are LE 3 mag guns with nite sites. that usp compact was v3
