From what little I know the trigger is supposed to be the same on a USP.45 Expert and a USP.45 Tactical. But the trigger on my Expert is very, very light.
The trigger on the Tactical is great but the trigger on the Expert is even better. Did I just get lucky or all the Expert triggers even better than the Tactical triggers... These are both AH code guns.

They are the same.
It is always possible for 2 identical guns (in this case the trigger) to shoot different.
I do shoot better with some of my USP's than others but it is not because of the trigger (difference) ~ IE: sight radius, weight, balance. etc.

While the triggers are the same in specification & on paper, it is impossible to get some mechanical movements perfectly uniform along the product line. I am willing to bet that the minute variances between the parts in your Expert mate/interact in a way that gives a better feel. My Tactical has the "ultimate" trigger...I have NEVER had one so perfect on a handgun. So, for me at least, my Tactical has a superior trigger...but same technically as all Experts.

agreed. You may have gotten an expert with the "perfect match" parts in it. Either hoo, stop worrying and enjoy!

Are you the original owner of both guns? If not one may have been fondled a wee bit, you never know.

Where do you guys suggest buying the match trigger set? I have been contemplating this on my USP 45 because I really don't like the current trigger. Granted it is a combat weapon and not a 1911 but if there are parts out there to make a drastic improvement at a reasonable price, I am all for that.

I checked there yesterday and all they had was the LEM triggers. I remember seeing them last year or so... Guess I will have to wait till they are in stock.

Yes, bought them both new recently.
I also have a USP.45stainless KG code to compare them to. The Expert trigger is lighter than the Tactical, not a whole lot but enough where it is definitely noticeable.
