I have owned for several years a P2k sk in 9mm with night sights. Enjoy and carry the gun on a regular basis. I've been interested in 40 cal for a while...Tonight I put a 40 cal on hold.

My question, does it make sense to others, to keep the same gun in different calibers? I do this with other guns but, What are your thoughts in the SK 9 or 40.. Obvious answer is both but my gun funds have been severely drawn down in the last few months.. :) Help!!

Thanks,
tonys

I would go with the 9mm - as long as it's powered by .40 brass. :20000000:

Personally I prefer the 9mm in a smaller framed pistol. The .40 is comfortable to shoot in my full size USP, but even at that is a bit snappy when compared to the 9mm.

I have a P2Ksk in 40 and absolutely love it! HK pistols in 40 are very mellow compared to a lot of other makers, go shoot a G27 you WILL HATE IT!! Get it you will be happy and down the road you would have both the sk's, I hope to find a good deal on a 9 one day but it wouldn't take the place of the 40.
