View Full Version : P7 Mags With No Date Code?

Hey guys just picked up a grade B with 3 mags, one has the code HJ the other just say "P7 9X19" are these aftermaket or just newer production. Also the pistol I believe is pretty damn old. SN#14858? Arent these the fist of the p7 production run?

It may be old, but it's a lot newer than mine. I got one of the $499 plum slide ones from CDNN, it's a 43xx or 44xx serial number.

As for the mags, I found about 6 brand new in bag P7 mags a few months ago, none of them had any date codes, just the P7 9x19 markings. So your mags are probably recent production.

What condition was yours in for the price? I'm looking at getting one if they have any left.

It was in excellent condition. But they don't sell them at that price any more. Those were back in December and sold out quickly. I think they're in the high $500-low $600 range now.

On the mags. All of the new M8 mags I have bought have no date code.

All the P7 PSP mags I got just say P7 9x19 and are in clear little bags. All the mags were in a larger HK plastic bag. They came from HK so I guess newer P7 mags have no date codes.

Oh Ok guys these must be new mags. The gun's original mag is from 1979! I guess I got a pretty good deal, its a grade be with 3 mags for $650. I think I am going to sell the gun, I have another P7 from CDNN that is grade A and its a brand new gun. This one has some holster wear. Smooth action and nice trigger though.
