It's time for a new belt so I'm looking at the Kydex Reinforced Contour Belt from Comp-Tac to go with my MTAC for my P30. Any past experience with this product or perhaps recommendations? Thanks guys!

I don't have any experience with the kydex reinforced belts, I will say this much, I plan to never go back to a leather belt except for carry during dress occasions. I don't care for leather belts, because they always seem just a little too loose, or a little too tight. I have a Wilderness Tactical Belt, and it is by far the most comfortable belt I have ever had a firearm attached to.

i have one, its nice. Didnt like the buckle so i put a nicer one on it. Incidently, I put my gun in the glove box at a plant a couple days ago, but left my infidel holster on my hip. It was about 110 degrees in the plant and I was there for about an hour. Came out and my gun no longer fits in the holster. Kydex holsters cant take heat.

Plus 1 on this belt! Get the extra-stiff "C.S.M. (Combat Shooters Model) option" for even better performance. Better (cheaper) place to get it:

http://www.gmstactical.com/witapr.html

GMS Tactical offers free shipping, and they charge $5 extra for the added-stiffness 5-stitch model and $10 extra for the super-stiff Heavy Duty (C.S.M.). Significantly cheaper than buying directly from Wilderness.

Got mine in black, 1 3/4" wide, Heavy Duty (C.S.M.) for a total of $44.95, including shipping and $10 upcharge for C.S.M. ;)

GREAT BELT!!

To hold it's shape it is supposed to have something in it,.... like your weapon.
It's kinda like a cardboard box, not very strong at then bottom of a pile when empty.
Operator error, do not blame the kydex.
