I just bought 200 rounds of DoubleTap 124gr 9mm +P JHP. I went to the range to shoot some through. On the last round of the second magazine it did this exact jam. I thought it was locked back on an empty magazine until the mag would not drop out.

It went off to the right and got jammed on the edge of the ramp.
The only other time it did this was when I was new to pistols and I racked it except I held the slide on the way shut instead of letting it go on its own. But this was cycling from the previous round. Did I limp wrist it? Or does it not like the ammo? Something else maybe?
Oh, I have Wolff +10% mag springs, in case that changes anything?

Ahhh a failure to feed... you may have been limp wristing... how many rounds did you go through at the range? Were you fatigued from shooting a lot of rounds? Also... what does the casing look like on the round? Is it dinged/bulged/any irregularities?

It was my second mag. I was actually carrying it 15+1 with them (I had just got the stuff hours earlier.) So I wipped it out and shot it. Then popped in a second mag and ended up jammed on the last one of the second mag. Limp-wrist is a possibility. I was new to the pop! of the +Ps.

I would mark it down to you not be familer with DoubleTap and it's different feel. I am a big fan of DT and a lot of people that I have introduced it to are shocked by how it shoots.

That makes sense.
I started shooting fairly late in the day and by the time I was done light was fading fast. Towards the end I started noticing the muzzle blast. My brother was impressed with it.
