Are the 45C's being manufactured in New Hampshire on shelves yet?

Different markings? (other than "Made in USA")

Yup, for several months now.

The serial numbers start with HKU- instead of 126- like on the German HK45s, and of course there are no "DE" markings on them.

I have two HK45s, both made in US, and no issues. Fit and finish are the same! Actually, my barrel and slide on both are German made and the barrel has a 126-XXXXX serial number on the inside and the HKUXXXX serial on the exterior surface of the chamber portion of the barrel.

Of course used yes, but I would suspect that new could also be found without to much trouble. There are bound to be a few of these still on the shelves at dealers and distributors, they have not been made here that long.
