A few weeks ago I had my V1 USPC 9mm converted to the Light LEM. Today was the first time I was able to fire the gun with the new trigger.

First I have to say that I love this trigger compared to the V1. The constant pull from first to last shot is great and the trigger reset is amazing!

Now that the Safety Lever is out of the way I'm able to get a higher grip that I prefer but my right thumb rides the slide release keeping the slide from locking back when the magazine reaches empty. I altered my grip slightly but it felt better to ride the grip high and have my thumb forward.

I also experienced 6-8 FTE while shooting. These all came from the Remington 115gr UMC rounds I was using and I had NONE when firing the 124gr Fed AE's. I'm not that concerned because I still don't have 500rds through the gun (450 total) and it's probably ammo related.

I know there is a copious amount of info from people having the slide lock problem with the P30 so I'll figure something out. I may buy a new Slide Release Lever and file it down and see what happens.

All in all this is a remarkable trigger and I'm very happy with it. It's easy to use, very light and I'm considerably more accurate on my first shot. But I'll have to make some changes.

I'm still waiting for my kit to come in for the USPc .45. I just plan on replacing the TRS making the trigger pull like my issued Sig DAK.

Looks like you'll have the issues figured out on your's shortly.

Now I really can't wait to get the freakin' kit in. Hopefully tomorrow or the next day....

Someone suggested I use a Hogue Hand-All so I'm going to give that another try. I should redo this post because as I think about it... it only has ONE drawback, the slide release not locking back, but this is so easy to solve.

The pro's far out weight the con's. It's a great trigger system!!!
