How difficult is it to get the CLEO signature in Mult?

I'd prefer not to have to form an LLC or trust but I have the feeling that getting the signature might be difficult.

you just have to go to the sherriff's office (bob skipper) , Thats considered the cleo in multnomah county. I'd call for an appointment

I have just dropped all mine off with a copy of my ODL to him and had no problems - I tell them I want to pick them up instead of mailing them back to me. That is about 12 in the last year since he took over for Bernie, but you do get a love letter with it :380:
