First Year USP .40

Hey guys check out this pic of this really nice KD USP .40 V3 I picked up for $475 with 5 mags, night sites, and a green HK tactical bag... I see its a first year model but with that serial # ( 22-48xx)it could be a first month also. Does it matter to me... NO.. but its cool to have it. I wish it was a V1 but I guess I can change it over if I wanted... Is it expensive to change Variants???? Thx rick

Congrats! Really nice pistol and great price! I've got a KF USP40 V1 that I picked up about 10 years ago for $450. It's a tossup which one I like better... the USP or my SIG229 .40

Very cool! Looks like its in excellent shape, plus it has land & groove barrel, so you can shoot lead in it if you reload.

Sweet! That's awesome, including the price! I just bought a USP9c that's not quite as old, KH date code, with no wear anywhere. It doesn't even have the usual finish wear ringss on the barrel that occur just from working the slide. The only reason it's not N.I.B. is it was a factory rep gun that was supposedly never fired, and sat for all of these years, and for some reason forgotten about. The night sights, orange rear, green front, are dim, but the price was right. Not as good as your price, though, $599 + tax, with three full capacity magazines, two of them still in the wrappers, you can tell that they're old wrappers, and the magazines have the 'RESTRICTED' labels. I only mention this because it's the second 'Factory Rep' HK I've bought, and it also has the orange rear, green front setup.

Sweet gun. I have a KD with the stainless slide. It now houses a Big_Chris_304 10mm barrel though.
