Any pics of an Aimpoint Micro T1 mounted on an MP5? Been thinking of replacing my Aimpoint CompML3 for a Micro T1.

"and how do you like it?"
Actually, I just received the Micro T1 and the B&T mount the day before I took that picand have not had a chance to take it to the range yet. I received both the B&T low mount for the MP5 and the one in the picture. The low mount allows you to co-witness the iron sights whereas the other mount does not. I have considered cutting the front sight down or completly off so the front sight ring does not get in the way.
I also picked up the new Comp M4 and the Comp M3 and I like them all.

Hi,
Thanks for the pic. A pic with the B&T Low Mount would be awesome as I have the HKLPA (Which I think is basically the same as the B&T Low Mount)
An old pic with the ML3 still attached(Just sold my Aimpoint ML3 and waiting for the T1 to arrive)

Very nice picture taking. Did you try a pic of the sight picture through the T1?

Thanks guys, I'll do my best at posting new phots since I'm really not good at photography. My only comments on the Aimpoint Micro T-1 is that it should have an attached flip up sight cover similar to the Comp M/ML series so one may not misplace the removable rubber sight cover.

The low HKLPA mount makes the Micro co witness with the front and rear sight.

Hi,
It's a Streamlight Tactical Light Mount for the MP5. I just put it there as I'm still saving up for a Lasermax UNI-MAX green laser sight.

Will this mount work on the MP5K series of weapons? Very nice, I hope it is compatible.

Aimpoint does. You'll shell out about $120. Nice pictures Kevlar.

Hey all, if anybody has any concerns about Aimpoint red dots, I've had mine for 3 years and it's still on the same battery it came with and I've left the thing on for a few days at times (whoops!). Thing has like 50,000 hours of battery life on setting 7/10 and that ain't no joke.
My Comp ML3 4-moa dot is awesome. 100% reliable and never had any issues.

Would you mind taking a pic from the point of view looking over the rear sight (just using the aimpoint, not the irons?)
How much does the front sight post limit the usefulness of shooting just with the aimpoint?

Sorry for the long delayed reply. Was busy lately. Here it is

The front sight post never bothered me although it can be quite a burden to some.

Another reason to get the Aimpoint Micro T is that it fits well inside the 5.11 Select Carry Pack

Doesn't cowitnessing the T1 through the rear site defeat the purpose of having the red dot? I mean, if you have to look through the rear site to get the dot on target, then wouldn't that slow down target acquisition? I'm thinking about getting a T1 myself and just trying to understand what's going on.
