USPc Updates?

I recently picked up a USP Compact in .40 cal. It is a KG date code so its an older model. I was wondering if HK had updates/upgraded anything in the guns design or if there was anything I need to look out for. I bought it gently used. Previous owner said he had less than 100 round through it, and from the looks of it I believe him (plus hes a buddy of mine). I got what I consider a hell of a deal, I got the gun with all the paper work, 3 12 round mags and the MK2 light for $600.
