Apparently this guy would. I was selling my Glock 23 because i dont like it and he didnt like the hard pull on the USP. I rather "reluctantly" agreed to trade. Sucker! Now my other 2 USP's have company. AB date code and looks fairly unused.

We can confidently assume that the guy you are referring does not know about guns, unless ofcourse, if the USP45 is really in poor condition.

Best trade I ever made was a near new Glock 22 for an old Ksomething dated USP 9. I'm sure he thought he got a great deal-but that was one of the best shooters I've ever had. Stupid me I sold it to help finance a Kimber TLE, which I later sold to buy a USP 45.

What was it P.T. Barnum was supposed to have said? Something about one being born every day? Enjoy the USP.

I did, I met him less than an hour after he sent the email. Was expecting it to be in poor condition or something but looks really nice.

I watch actively for them. I recently traded my CZ75b compact for a nice Savage 110 in .300WinMag, heavy barrel, 20x50 Scope and 100 rds of ammo. I paid about 300 for the CZ and rifle is worth over twice that with the work that was done to it and accessories.

Sounds like someone who doesn't know his weapons very well. But to each his own, we all have preferences and probably own different makes and models for specific tasks. Different strokes for different folks. I know I shot a bad USP45 at a local range, if I had taken that as how they all are I wouldn't have recently bought my own, that wasn't representative and has action/trigger problems. Mine rocks, as do all my HKs, congrats! They're a cut way above G-lock. Disassemble and compare side by side to see the differences for yourself...

I LOVE my G23 for carry. But I would've made that trade in a heartbeat. Then I could sell the HK and buy two more G23s. ;)

In a heartbeat!!! TJI read the thread title, and my first response was "In a heartbeat!" Then I read your post. Ah, a man after my own heart...

...I'm getting ready to sell my Glock, which I've only put about 100 rounds through. It's being replace with an H&K of some sort. Haven't decided what just yet, but I know it'll be an H&K.

I only have 1 Glock (34) and I have 4 USP 45's (full size) Probably not.

But if I had two glock 34's...sure!

Anyway sounds like a good deal.
