why cant i have a jet funnel on my USPC .45

The frame is a different size on the .45 and HK doesn't make a funnel for it. The funnel is really made for competition and you don't often see people shooting .45 there.

They don't make the jet funnels for USP Compacts. It is only made for the full size USP 9 or USP 40. One option is to have someone like Big_Chris_304 modify your USPc .45 to work with a jet funnel mag well and then make up some custom mags to fit. Sorta like this:
