I just picked up an AAC Evo-9 and my dealer let me try out his USP SD while I was there. I've never been a big HK guy, but it was really nice. Just wondering what I should expect to pay for one?

Cheapest new ones I've seen are $825 from gunsamerica (search for usp tactical and some 9s will show up).
I've seen some used ones for $650 - $700, but they're not very plentiful.

And it's just a full size USP with taller target sights and a threaded barrel? Or are there any other add-ons?

Yep, that's correct. That's why they don't really call it a 'tactical' model - it doesn't have the o-ring barrel or the match trigger that the .40 and .45 tacticals have.
