Anybody know the bottom line on 9mm Nato Q4318 in a USPc?

Did some searching but didn't come up with anything definetive.

The general impression I got was that its somewhere between +P and +P+ but maybe even hotter.

Seems that the USPc will handle it but will accelerate wear.

Any thoughts?

HK customer service has stated on their web site that NATO ammo is fine. It is not +P+ which HK says not to use a great deal of, or wear will accelerate. NATO is around 38K PSI.

the cheapest 9mm is $6.98 Remington 115gr brass at Dick Sporting Goods until the 2nd Saturday in Nov.

I got 1,000 rounds for $140.

Dr. Venkman, you're good-to-go with the Q4318...no worries in an H&K, Glock, Sig or comparable quality weapon.

He specifically asked about 9mm Nato Q4318, which is pistol ammo. Some hot SMG ammo can be bad for your pistol, this is true.
