Blast 2 Light/Laser?

You guys know anything about this thing? Is it any good? Why don't more people have laser/lights like this on their usp's for home defense?

I have a Sgt. on my SO that has one and he seems to like it. Never had any problems with it, but it is very big and forget about finding a holster with the unit attached.
