Complete and total liar. Never sent FFL, as he stated he would, never sent money, as he agreed to. Mulitiple emails to back all of this up. I tried every way possible to appease this boy, (men dont pretend), and ended up wasting not only postage to Texas on a signed FFL (since he doesnt have access to a fax machine), but also wasted 1.5-2 weeks.
I would STRONGLY and FIRMLY urge any and everyone to AVOID entering into any type of deal with Charles Garza.
Total waste of time.
I wanted others to know, as Im not the only HKPRO member who has tried to complete a deal with him unsuccessfully.
