Check out this thread about the LEM trigger

I just bought the USPc .40 LEM and can't wait for it to get here. I tested this gun about a year ago and went back and played some more, I loved it immediately.

As for the other variants, have you tried looking here at them?

Some will tell you about the .40 being "snappy" (it's all about practice, practice and more practice IMO). Others will say that the .45 is more of a push, with less recoil and easier to control.

What is all comes down to in the end is renting, tesing and personal preference. For me I just prefer DA to DA/SA.

Own both a DA/SA PSK in .40 and USPC .45. The USPC is more pleasant to shoot. I prefer the safety and decock lever over the LEM. You only need to change the hammer spring to 10# Wolff in either DA/SA gun. My SA is now 4.5# and DA approx 7-8. Having a safety makes me more comfortable.

Both triggers are good ones. It just all depends on your personal preference. Some people don't want to "learn" the two different trigger pulls in the DA/SA guns. Those people may choose and be happy with the LEM.

Read it was 12#. Changeing to a wolff only refer to the DA/SA, not the LEM.

Not so much with learning two different pulls, just not interested in two trigger pulls. Give me one consistent pull, virtually no hammer to speak of, no decocking to worry about, etc. I am a beleiver in the following KISS or Keep It Simple Stupid.

No. Only for the full size.

The factory spring is 14 pounds. I ordered a 10 and 12 pound spring from Wolff. I'm using the 10 pound spring which reduced trigger pull in double action by 1/3 at least.
Check this thread I started a while back. Others have also had good luck with this conversion and decided not to get the LEM trigger.
