What do you mean by "best"?
Best price? Best performance? Best quality?
There are many .45 suppressors out there, but you need to define for yourself what you are expecting in terms of performance. Most suppressors will give a range of 30-35dB drop in sound, but that is still subject to perception by the user.
Too many times have people bought cans and taken them to shoot then come back saying that it wasn't like the sound in the movies, hence the trem "Hollywood Quiet".
Do you have or plan on any other .45 platforms you may consider suppressing in the future? UMP/USC, or other handgun (220T). If so, your choice may be dictated by ease of mount changes.
Check out the AAC Evolution 45, The SWR HEMS II, and the YHM Cobra to start with. Each will have a $200.00 ATF transfer tax, but the cans range from $600-900 depending on mounts and accessories.

if i were getting one, id get an SWR HEMS2. ive shot 2 different HEMS2s on my tactical, both of them were outstanding.
dont expect it to be pellet gun quiet, if you want that- suppress a 9mm.

Agreed on the SWR HEMS 2. I love mine and when compared side by side with other .45 silencers, it always seems a tad quieter.
And when it's wet it is just stupid quiet for a .45 pistol.
