Comptac MTAC - leather facing your body, kydex on the gun keeps the profile thickness very thin.

Aker Leather. Officially used by I.C.E. in Arizona.
For IWB, I am getting the Spring Special Executive 160A in black (No thumb break)

I use the CompTAC myself, the version for the USPc 45 has enough room for the taller sights with the CT as well. awesome holster... Have similar ones for my P7M8 and am getting one for the HK45 as well.

I second the Milt Sparks recommendation.

A Milt Sparks Versa-Max II will be just about the most confortable and concealable IWB you can buy, but as with many of the custom holster makers you're looking at a loooooong wait. MS is currently at a 20-26 week wait.

CompTac C-Tac here, as well. Plenty of room for the CT sights and open ended for the threaded barrel.

Mine's in a Gun Leather USA holster right now, a summer special type design. It's made by a small one man shop, Ron Olson, and he charges a very modest price for what is in my opinion top quality work, better than some big name, big factory outfits. I think mine was around the $40 mark shipped to me, made to my order for my USP 40 Compact. As to the Aker post, they make great leather, I've used their flatsider belt slide holsters in thumbsnap and open top design. For an OWB belt slide Aker would get the nod, hands down.

I got lucky and found a couple of distributers in town and had a chance to hold one in my hand and try it on. Very comfortable. Now time to get my tax return in, so I can buy it:)

I use one made by this forum's own pete10. It's a great kydex holster that is on par with many major manufacturers.
