Ok, where the hell are the HK45 mags

I've had 8 of these things on order from HK perfection for quite some time (maybe 2 months). I know they weren't supposed to be in until 08, but I figured they should be in by the first half of feb.

Does anyone have any info from HK on when these things will be shipping?

I'm really sick of only having 2 mags for the gun, and a bit baffled as to why HK is making us wait so damn long for the mags.

You might try asking (with a bit more humility, perhaps) on hk-usa.com's forum. There is a customer service section that is read directly by their customer service reps. They usually reply to your message or send you a pm within a day or two.

Try contacting the vendor and see what the hold up is? Maybe they misplaced your order. If they have not, you might want to consider getting the mags from a different vendor who actually has them in stock.

The spare HK45 mags did make it to the market in the US along with the pistol. From the posts that I have read on this forum, it seems many HK45 owners have been able to buy spare mags. They are out there. -I know one of the local shops in Vegas has had several batches of them that it sold through quickly.

I too have 2 on back order from HKPerfection, since late Dec. I just called and order 2 more from MLSecurity Products, I made sure they had them in hand before I ordered, which they did and have already shipped.. I was told I was second on HKPerfections waiting list, they said they have had a hard time getting the mags in stock?

Since when does saying I'm sick of something and using the word "hell" qualify as a temper tantrum?

Sorry, I'll go pop some valium so that I don't let "hell" slip out next time.

I haven't been able to find the things anywhere, and was told by HKperfection they would be in by the beginning of 08. I highly doubt its their problem, and no my order has not been lost. I called last week and was told 4-6 weeks or so. No big deal, I was just wondering if anyone here knew if there was a delay on HK's end or anything else. I know my post won't make them get here any faster, but if there is another way to get them, I'd like to know so I could cancel and look for another means of getting them. I have 400 dollars of mags on order, and I'd like to get them in reasonable amount of time. The vendor here has a higher price than most, and I know he had a policy against selling magazines to people who didn't buy the firearm from him. Maybe that has changed.

I just have no idea why there is such a backlog for these things, and why a company that has had them on order for so long hasnt been able to get them.

Hence why I posted here, to ask you guys....to see if you had heard anything, so I could figure out the best route to go.

i called trussville and they sent two right away. here's the number 1-205-655-8299. call them and see what they got.......and i know how you feel. when your trying to kill paper-zombies at the range, you don't want to stop to reload. you NEED those ten extra mags. on the ready!!! good luck in your search.

I use my firearms in such a manner that having 2 magazines isn't really acceptable, so yes I'm hoping I get mine soon.

I'll give them a call and see if they got a few laying around that I could order up. After all, 12 is better than 10.
