I e-malied HK USA direct about buying parts (mag floorplates) and they replied with the price, plus the note they were in stock. So I tried to call them to order; got voice mail and left a message. Heard nothing from them. Another e-mail, a couple more voice mails, but no replies in a week. Is this normal for them? Do they have a website where you can order direct?

Same here. I got pricing and "in stock" replies on a bunch of USC trigger pack parts. I used their official PDF form and emailed them. No reply. I asked back in the forum what I should do and they quickly replied to resubmit them. That was several weeks ago, still haven't heard anything else.

HKs don't break hence no need for parts or customer service :o
Seriously, don't email HK. I had the same experience, Keep calling, they will get on it. (I don't blame them for not answering email, they would have to hire another staff to answer emails)
Good luck, Chuck
They appear to be "off" lately. They used to answer CS questions on their website on a daily basis. Lately they've been checking the website every 7-10 days.

I called and left a message on Teusday. When I didn't hear back, I called again on Thursday, and the lady who answered the phone told me that Jeff would be at a training seminar for the next three days.
I think the only way to make sure your order is placed, is to speak directly with someone. They are not very good about returning phone calls or answering emails.

I ordered some springs on the form and emailed it to him and received an email back saying that the "order is being processed"

Dude, I feel your pain! I ordered some flat mag floorplates from H&K last fall for my USP9C and USP45 mags, and the process took FOREVER. I recommend that you order your floorplates from RTG instead: http://www.robertrtg.com/misc.html
I called Trussville and spoke directly with Jeff about what I wanted. I ended up ordering the mag floorplates from him, and he assured me that the items were in-stock and good-to-go. The items were supposed to ship within two to three days.
Anyhow, about ten days later, I received a package with only half of my order (the mag floorplates for my USP9C). It turned out that the USP45 mag floorplates were not actually in-stock when I placed the order (thanks again, Jeff). Long story short, it took about five phone calls/messages and three more weeks before I finally received my USP45 mag floorplates. I didn't get a return phone call from Jeff until I "outed" him about this on the HK USA boards! They'll pay attention if you voice your displeasure in a manner for all the world to see...
By the way, Jeff was also "away on training" for several days while all this was going on. That was his excuse when he finally got around to calling me back. Unless they've changed their setup, there is no website from which you can place orders for parts...that would make too much sense, right?

If you want a part good luck. If you do not have enough people to answer emails or phones I am sure there is some one in Alabama looking for a job. It's a shame that a company with this good of a product has service this slow.

I got a phone call this morning from an HK sales rep. Took my order, made sure the parts were in stock, I was very satisfied.

For what it's worth, I emailed them with a parts question yesterday and got a reply today.

I had a similar exp a year or so ago also involving floorplates!
Wanted the "rubberized" ones and got a bunch of hard ones plus extra hard ones that they tossed in for free cause it was not the soft ones.
Oh well, I said, that's just Hk for you....weird and wonderful. :)

I haven't had much luck emailing them but they have always returned my phone calls. Once I got them on the phone placing an order was painless. They even called back later in the day to give me my order number.
