If you don't mind the drive, I am 24 miles WEST of Hillsboro, and also do xfers for people.

$10 xfer $10 background check for title 1
$50 xfer for NFA

I know many others in Portland. Let me know by email where you, or your customer lives.

The Security Store on TV Highway is a cool gun store too,
but don't know if they will do transfers.
