HK45 Variants

Does anyone know what the Variants are for the HK45? I have heard that there are 10 of them as there is on the USP? Is that correct? If so, are the definitions the same as those for the USP? Are they all currently available? I am looking to purchase and want to ensure I get the right one for me.

From the post someone posted earlier, I´d say yes.

Someone posted a comparison awhile ago and the parts are very much alike with the USP and HK45 so it sounds reasonable.

It´s odd that there is no info about it in the HK website...

indeed......I have an acquaintance who is due to finish the HK armorer's course here in the next month or so, and he believes he may actually be able to snag a few conversions from Variant 1 to Variant 9...but I believe the Variants are going to be numbered similarly to the USPs

LEM is available as well

According to the owner's manual, variants 1 thru 10 will be available. Variant 7 is the LEM and there is no variant 8.

I am glad to see that V5, 6, and 7 are LEM triggers in the new HK45/C and that HK has done away with the old standard DAO with its gawd awful heavy pull. It makes a lot more since to me to only have one type of DAO trigger and since it is little argued that the LEM is the better of the two systems, they might as well make the LEM the V5, 6, 7 DAO variants instead of having a separate LEM variant system as they do with the USP/C.
I just hope the manual is correct and not a bunch of typos.
