With all the concern over decocking with the lever, why not just fire with the safety on? I guess you should have the safety on when you decock anyway. Just curious.
Thanks in advance.

dont want to dry fire the P9s with the safety on, not good for the firing pin(I think)

just put on safe and decock....not much to go wrong

I do know a guy with a .45 size scar on his hand from decocking a P9s the wrong way....he also will admit that he was stupid to have his hand near the muzzle........and no its not me :)
