Gunsmith job? Barrel change on SP89

Does anyone have any info on how difficult it is to change barrels on an SP89? Is it something I can do with limited tools or is it a job for a gunsmith?
Going from standard to 3 lug/threaded barrel.

not something you will do yourself, find a smith that "KNOWS" HKs, not something I would trust any of the "smiths" around here to do.

Anyone have any suggestions on who can do this work for me? And while they have it, might as well have the mag release completed.
