I just got a call from Jeff at HK and I must say I'm very impressed. I had forgotten that I had called last week and left him a message. He didn't call back until now so I just blew it off. As I found out he was out sick with the flu and just got back. Anyway, I had asked about having the LEM placed on a P-30, since that's the piece I want. He advised that they were working on that at present and should have the parts for the conversion shortly. Also for those that may want to know, the LEM will be an option on the P-30 but I couldn't get a date on it. The price to me for having the work done will be well worth the cost. Very nice guy, Jeff. I don't own one yet but I'm headed that way. :D

Aren't the same parts for a P2000 LEM used for this conversion?
Thats what I read from member Montrala in other posts.

Note that they will probably offer the LEM in two different configs. One being lighter than the other. I believe they are calling the light version at 4.5lbs the competition or tactical LEM. Not sure on the name or exact trigger pull weight as I have heard different info. Also the lighter version may also have a shorter reset. Sorry for inaccuracy of info but it's something definitely to look into once HK makes LEM for the p30 official.

Now there's a problem...do I get the HK45c LEM or P30 LEM? Ah well, I guess which ever one I see first and have the money for. That's awesome. Is that word still being used btw?

SWEET! I'd given up on the P30 only for that reason, no LEM. A friend has one that I've shot several times but I couldn't get past the DA/SA. I'll definitely get one as soon as the LEM is available from the factory.

I'm waiting on the kit to send my 45c off to be converted, don't want to have to do that with a P30 too, that's adding $400 to the price of the two guns. That's a lot of ammo!
