Question for fellow HK45/HK45c owners...?

Hi guys, I have a lame question for you HK45/HK45c owners. I just got my brand new HK45c and I noticed that the breech face(the part where the firing pin protrudes from when fired) looks like it was polished, there is a rectangular shape where there is no finish, it's not the whole breech face but most of it, almost as if it has an 1/16"-1/8" border of finish around it. I know it won't affect anything but I am just really curious if there are other pistols out there with this same thing???

I notice same thing on my HK45c. Nothing of concern.

I am glad I am not the only one with it than, I just wanted to make sure HK did it at the factory. I was thinking my dealer may have did it because of the conversation we were having and I was just getting paranoid that he shot someone and polished it to deface it..., I am paranoid, lol

It is a VERY GOOD THING that Hk deems it neccesary to polish alot of the internals on their guns. VERY GOOD.....
