Cross draw holsters are close to horizontal, but meant to be worn on your weak hand side with the muzzle pointing to the rear/down.

I saw one on either CTD or Sportsman's guide a while back, I think the USP series was listed as a fit. Not 100% sure....

holster talk will elicit as much flak as 9v45 at times. i own a fist SOB and use it regularly as my ccw.
ive read/been told that an SOB holster is not tactically sound due to the fact that just near everyone will sweep their own torso on the draw and the extra reach around ( no comments from the barrel of monkeys on that) it too much of a delay in the draw stroke.
the reason i carry SOB 80% of the time is i am a med framed guy, 5'8 and 180with a small waist and a bubble butt ( the wife calls it my soccer bum) anyway, i can conceal much easier in the southern heat and humidity with just a shirt while using the SOB as opposed to carrying strong side and end up wearing that ubiquitious vest that SCREAMS "i am carrying!"
i like the fist, good fit and sturdy no complaints at all
