This is a truly excellent store. They have a huge inventory of all manner of sporting equipment, from climbing to fly fishing to camping. My specific focus was on their Shooting Sports Department. They apparently have special "preferred dealer" arrangements with such manufacturers as Kimber, Sigarms and Smith & Wesson. The staff of this department was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I inquired about a particular type of well-respected and popular firearm, and was given a lengthy and educated explanation about why a competitor's offering is the better choice, even though it's roughly half the price. They won't strictly try to sell you the most expensive item. Instead, they'll inform and offer you what's right for your needs. I can't say enough good things about the Shooting Sports Department at North Cove Outfitters.
