I figured out the other day that my three magazines for my USP45f had bad springs. I used the test here took them apart and stretched them out a little bit put them back together and my slide stays back after the last round is fired.
After I ordered new Wolfe +10% springs I thought maybe I would shoot an e-mail over to hk and see if they will send me new ones under the warranty.
This is the response I got back.
" Springs wear, it is normal. Any mag spring will need to be replaced eventually. Warranty depends on how old the gun is and if bought used...etc. A new gun only a few months old, yes we will replace them."
I would have thought they would have been more helpfull. I'm not let down especially since I got the new springs in today already, But After an e-mail a voice mail and an unreturned phone call. OK I'm a little let down
