USP Compact Tactical & Sparks VMII question

WIll a USPCT (45) fit a VMII for a regular USP Compact? Will the VMII allow the threaded bbl (with a thread protector) to stick out some? The bbl on the USPCT sticks out from the gun almost 1/2 of an inch.

Just making sure it will work for me.

I have a VMII for a Kimber and the bottom end is open....so I assume the end would be opened on a VMII for a HK also. If so, then yes, the threaded end would just stick out the bottom a bit.
