HK45 worth compared to kimber ultra cdpII

I have a new in the box kimber ultra cdpii, loaded, just a quick question, I have never shot the gun and really think I would like to trade it for something else. Now I very rarely trade a gun that I get, but in this case I am interested in the new HK 45, either the compact or full size. I have a HK P30 and USP40 compact. Would the kimber be a fair trade for the HK 45? Also which type of HK45 do you guys with ones recommed?

I hate to see the Kimber traded.....but if you must, I say go with the HK45. You already have a compact with the USP40.

But either one is a fantastic choice!
