Are they exactly the same, or is one better than the other?

I don't have a USP-c in LEM, while I own a few P2000's.
I've read a few reports by those with both that while they both feel about the same, the USP/USP-C's reset is significantly shorter than the P2000's.

I've had both, felt like they were the same, if they're different it wasn't big enough to grab my attention

Reset is significantly shorter on the USP/HK45/45c trigger than the P30/P2k/P2kSK series in LEM and DA/SA.

I've had both a USPc and a p2000sk with the LEM. While the triggeres are a little different. It's very little to notice.
