I received my new IWB holster on Monday and has been carrying my USP compact 45 since. I love it! The shorter grip of the compact makes it even more comfortable to conceal than my other daily carry gun, and it conceals better too.
Anyone else here conceal carry a USP compact? Do you carry an extra mag?

You should always carry extra mag, not that you would need more ammo (more is better), but mag is the weakess link and most likely to fail.

I didn't bother getting my carry permit yet. I can't conceal any pistol because I'm too damn skinny. Unless I were to try a Kydex holster, everything else is too bulky and unless it's in the winter time where I'm wearing a sweater / fleece, there would be no "conceal" in my carry LOL

I carry a USPc 9mm in a Desantis Pro Stealth w/ added retention strap. I love it. Great setup and I hardly notice it's there.

Greg Peters is working on one of his holsters for me for a USP Compact 45 that I don't even have yet.

I used to carry a USP compact in .40. I carried and shot it well, then decided to get a p2000sk. The p2000sk is very easy for me to conceal, but I don't shoot it as well. Now I'm trying to sell the sk, and get either a USPc or regular p2000 in 9mm. I liked the loner sight radius of the USPC and the grip fit my hand better.

An extra mag on your weak side will help prevent the belt from digging in and balance your belt out.
