I have the tlr-2 on my USP .45 and I really like the balance it provides..
Just my 2 cents

FWIW, I have had my M6X for almost a year now with no problems on my USPF .40. Like the tlr-2 it adds a nice balance to the weapon. Safariland makes a nice leg rig that you can leave the whole setup intact and still holster the weapon. I have the GG&G mount and have had good luck with it; I have had no exposure to the other mounts. Good luck on your search!
Forgot to add, the only regret I have is not looking at the green visible lasers. I would like to see how the green laser compares to the red lasers especially during the day. I have a tough time picking up the red during the day and wonder if their is a significant difference.

I have both the M6X and TRL-2. I think thie TRL-2 is much better. Smaller, metal body and better switch design than the M6X. However the M6X is much brighter. 80 and 125 lumens respectively.
I have three USP 45's with rail adapters. They are all GG&G. I'm sure that the Surefire is also an excellent product.
