(Sorry if this information has been posted already, I couldn't find it)

I am thinking about getting my HK45 fitted with a LEM-trigger, but before I make a decision, I would like to know what the "regular" (DA/SA) trigger-pull on an HK45 is in pounds. I read that the LEM trigger-pull is anywhere between 4.5 and 8.5 pounds, depending on shooter preference, but that doesn't really tell me all that much, since I got nothing to compare it to. However, if I know what the current trigger-pull on my HK45 is, I can gauge far better what kind of trigger-pull I want (and if i should go with the LEM-trigger at all)

Thanks!

edit: I might have found the answer elsewehere: Supposedly, the DA trigger-pull is 12 pounds, and the SA trigger-pull is 4.5 pounds. Is that correct? (The info I found was on the P2000, so I'm not sure if the same values apply to the HK45)

I am not sure about the double being around 12 pounds (seems a tad high?), but the single action breaks right about 4.5 pounds. I run both my full size and compact condition 1, single action.....

Both are great guns...

Hey I just read this post today.

My NIB HK45, measured with a digital gauge was:
10.5lbs DA
4.1 SA.

These are averages over several pulls.

Thanks for the information!

I think I'll stick with the stock-trigger for now, but I might get the LEM-conversion later on.
