Can someone take a couple shots of their Mark 23's trigger bar spring from the top looking down on the frame? I need to see how close it is in relation to the frame or trigger bar. If you can, take a shot of the end that hooks up to to the bar near the hammer end. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help.

I would say they touch... ooops...I should have not said that. Now someone will say working on the Mark23 is like putting a blower on a SBC. :>) Sure you don't need it, but it sure is fun to run.

What is that next to the frame? It looks like a braided wire. I've never seen a Mark23 taken down before.
Thanks;

That is the trigger bar spring that I was asking about. And, from this angle, I can't really tell what I needed to know. This one looks like it's touching the trigger bar, whereas mine is rubbing on the frame, and hence the underside of the slide.

The spring is inserted into the hole on the back end of the trigger bar. I'll post a pic of it when I get home. A little tweaking is needed to maintain clearance between frame and bar. It's a tight fit. But once you tweak it, it will miss both.

AWESOME, Thanks...100 percent what I needed to see. Do you find the it rides in and out at will? or did you do something to get it to stay in the center like that?
