Spring wear from condition 1 or 2?

I've been keeping my HK45 in condition 2 in my nightstand lately. I noticed that after using the decocker, the hammer doesn't return to the full forward position. I know that's normal because of the firing pin block - but does it release the tension on the spring?

Does keeping the firearm in condition 1 (cocked & locked) cause accelerated wear of the springs?

I wouldn't think it would cause a problem. Ligher hammer springs are used with no problem. Keeping it cocked and locked wouldn't cause the hammer spring to become that much weaker.
