Not exactly what you're asking, but I had a DH 715 w/o the thumb break for a Sig 229 and I didn't like it. Too bulky and just felt awkward to me.
For me, the best IWB has been the MTAC Minotaur. Granted, it will cost you more than the DH but you can get skins for various pistols for $35.

Sorry, I have never tried the DH holster but I love my two Comp-Tac IWB holsters. I wear the Minotaur during fall, winter and spring and switch to their C-TAC during the summer when I am often drenched in sweat. I am extremely active at work and both holsters reliably hold my P2Ksk in place but the draw is quick and easy.

Any significant difference between the two in feel on your body? The MTAC seems to have more leather against your body, and I feel like that would cause me to sweat too much. The CTAC doesn't offer as much comfort, it looks like, as the MTAC. From the pictures I see, the CTAC looks like the rivets or screws or what have you that hold the kydex skin in place go right through and touch your body, but the MTAC hides it. Can you even feel em? Personally, the MTAC looks like it covers too much surface area for me. I'm one of those people that if anything's touching my body, I sweat profusely where that thing is. I wanted an MTAC, but now I'm thinking about getting a CTAC.

Upon further inspection, I'm gonna get an MTAC. It looks comfy as hell, and it's only 5 bucks more than the CTAC.

I have their ultra thin Kydex IWB holster with snap belt loops. These are thin and secure.

I never wear a T-shirt so my IWB holsters are always against my skin. Whenever possible I wear the MTAC and it works well up to about 80 degrees. The big patch of leather spreads the pressure out and is quite comfortable. The leather does "breathe" some so it does not "make" me sweat.
When it gets very hot every bit of my clothing is often wet by 10 am so protecting my weapon was #1 and comfort #2. I wear the CTAC to have a layer of plastic between my 8-12 hours of sweat and my weapon. The CTAC is not as comfortable as the MTAC. After wearing the CTAC for a day I took some sandpaper to all the inside edges to make everything as smooth as possible and it helped a fair bit. Still, hot sweaty skin does not like anything touching and rubbing for hours on end. I find it more comforting than comfortable.
Most importantly. Both my MTAC and CTAC shipped within a week of when I placed the order. Some of the other brands are probably great and might even be better but a 18 or 24 week lead time does me no good working solo in gangland waiting for a custom holster.
